With more than 30 years of experience buying and selling real estate, Joel Ginsberg brings a wealth of firsthand knowledge, financial expertise and a genuine commitment to client service to his career with Michael Saunders & Company. A licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts since 2014, Joel has experience navigating the complexities of both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including market analysis, financing and negotiations.
Before entering real estate, Joel spent more than three decades in financial services and is the owner of Lynx Point Funding, an equipment financing company. He is also the former owner of Evergreen Mortgage, giving him valuable insight into the residential and commercial mortgage industries. Joel credits his time at Berklee College of Music, combined with his professional experience, with teaching him the focus, discipline and commitment he brings to every client relationship.
Known for being a great listener, loyal advocate and thoughtful communicator, Joel believes a successful real estate experience is built on clear communication, strong support and results without unnecessary stress. He takes pride in simplifying complicated information, keeping clients informed and following through on every commitment.
Originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts, Joel and his wife previously lived in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, before making Bradenton their home. They appreciate the Suncoast lifestyle and its easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Outside of real estate, Joel enjoys traveling, mountain biking and cooking.
Joel is a proud member of the Freemasons and supports several charitable organizations, including Masonic charities, Make-A-Wish and United Way. Whether helping a client find the right home, sell a property or navigate a commercial real estate opportunity, Joel brings loyalty, experience and genuine care to every relationship.
